A majority of RebelCard services are unavailable. This impacts customers completing transactions with their RebelCard.

Impacted services include (not limited to):
- On/Off Campus vendors
- Campus copiers
- Door locks (using RebelCard access)
- Point of sales stations
- UniPrint Lied Library print service
- Vending machines
