Workday Mobile App not performing as expected

A fix has been released for impacted Android users. If you are using Android, please update the Workday Android application to the latest version (2026.05.2.35034).

If you are experiencing this issue on an iOS device, please open a support case under the Product Line: Platform and Product Extensions and Product Area: Mobile Devices on the Workday site.

Identified

The Workday Mobile App is not performing as expected. Users may have issues accessing Workday through the Workday Mobile Application. Users are either unable to proceed past the Trusted Devices screen, or are presented with a loading screen and the Home page does not load.

Workday access remains functional through the UNLV Workday site on desktop as a workaround.
