Softdocs planned maintenance

On Wednesday, November 4th, from 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM, Softdocs will be undergoing planned maintenance. During this maintenance, there will be a brief Softdocs reboot during which files posted to X:\Network Applications\Softdocs folders will not process into Etrieve. The Etrieve Central Transcripts Evaluation Dashboard will also not be able to pull Lookup data from the Hybrid Server SQL Server while it is rebooting.

Etrieve Content access and functionality is otherwise not impacted.
