From March 4th until March 28th UNLV IT managed Dell computers will be undergoing planned maintenance. Users receive update prompts that may require a restart. Please be sure to follow on screen instructions from Software Center. After restarting, startup may take longer than usual as updates complete.

Customers who are locked out of their device should call the IT Help Desk or your area’s IT support contact for a recovery password.
