Workday I-9 Form Informational Error

Workday I-9 business process form is not performing as expected. Users with the Administrative Assistant security role may receive an unexpected warning during the Complete Form I-9 business process for new hires.

Below is the alert that appears:
"Enter a First Day of Employment that matches or is less than 3 days after the worker's hire date. If the First Day of Employment is more than 3 days after the hire date, enter the Overdue Reason."

This alert is informational only and will not prevent users from completing or submitting the Form I-9 process.
