UNLV IT Ticket Surveys was not performing as expected

This morning, due to a configuration error, many customers may have received survey requests for past IT support tickets, some dating back as far as August 2021. Please disregard these survey messages, as they were sent in error.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. If you recently submitted an IT support request and receive a survey, it is safe to assume it is valid.
